1. Click Setup at the top-right corner.
2. Select Object Manager.
3. Choose the object where you want to attach files (for example, Product).
4. Under the object, go to Fields & Relationships.
5. Click New to create a new field.
6. Choose Text Area (Rich) as the field type and click Next.
7. Enter a suitable Field Label (e.g., “Product Screenshot”) and click Next.
8. Keep the default field-level security settings and click Next again.
9. Ensure the Page Layout checkbox is selected, then click Save.
