1. Go to Setup in the top-right corner of Salesforce.
2. Click on Object Manager.
3. Select the object where you want to add file attachments (for example, Product).
4. Inside the object, open Fields & Relationships.
5. Click New to add a new field.
6. Choose Text Area (Rich) as the field type, then click Next.
7. Enter an appropriate Field Label (for instance, Product Screenshot) and click Next.
8. Leave the default field-level security settings as they are, and click Next again.
9. Make sure the Page Layout checkbox is checked, then click Save.
